If you want to cancel your service from within your account area.
Go to services, click on my services, choose the service you want to cancel and then click 'request cancellation'.
Make sure you give a reason for cancelling and remember that if you cancel you will lose your website - so make sure you keep a backup or have migrated it before you cancel if you need to.
We won't cancel the service or delete your account automatically but will manually process any requests.
